** Off topic video ** ..... Thought it might be helpful to others so I posted this.

After using a European SIM card on my unlocked Galaxy S8, when going back to my USA T-Mobile SIM, the phone would keep showing this message at boot:
"Server Provider update
Your Sim Card has been changed. Your device needs to restart to configure the features supported by your new SIM card."
Hitting the restart button would just reboot the phone and the message would appear each time.
When using the phone, there were no T-Mobile features although I had working signal. After searching for answers, I really didn't find concrete information on how to fix this but I found something that works.
Tested on Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, US (Snapdragon) variants, unlocked phones. Running Android 8.0. Unknown if this work on other phones/OS versions.
Model numbers: SM-G950U1 and SM-G955U1
TL;DR Steps:
1. Shut down phone completely.
2. Hold down Bixby + Volume Up and hold the power button.
3. When phone turns on release power but keep holding down Bixby and Volume Up.
4. Phone will say "Installing Update" then show "No Command."
5. Wait until it goes into Recovery Mode.
6. Navigate to clear cache and push power to select. Choose yes to clear cache.
7. Navigate to Reboot phone and put power button to select.
Phone should be fixed! No more pop-up and T-Mobile features will be available again.
